Winner of Bronze in the international wine challenge, this red has sweet, baked raspberry aromas. It is a textbook Beaujolais on nose but the acidity slightly dominates the fruit with a sappy edge. A savoury and classic wine that would serve beautifully next to duck, goose or game bird dishes.
