A brilliant, limpid pale gold colour. A vintage of hot, dry conditions, as in 2016, that concentrated the aromas, giving power to their expression. First of all apricot and vine peach, followed by magnificent notes of elderberry, aniseed, mint and a plethora of white flowers.
